In our society, professionalism and the ability to engage in civil discourse are declining. This seminar focuses on developing and demonstrating workplace behaviors that lead to excellence in job performance and effective communication.

What you will learn: Class participants will learn to define, identify and make continuous improvements across the four dimensions of professionalism:

  • Courtesy
  • Communication
  • Character
Who should attend:  This course is appropriate for all ages and levels within an organization.  Younger participants will benefit by learning to polish their personal professionalism, while more senior and established participants will learn how to coach peers and subordinates to higher standards of comportment.
